ArredoDesignOnline ships throughout Italy and in most European Countries. The transport of goods is done by couriers specialized in furniture delivery. The deliveries are made with a telephone notice to the customer a few days before, giving him/her a chance to arrange for delivery in a convenient time slot from Monday to Friday and sometimes even on Saturday morning. For this reason it is important to specify a phone number to which you are always available. The couriers do not deliver on appointment, but they try to respect the availability considering the customer's delivery schedule.

Delivery is on street level unless otherwise requested (with an additional cost that depends on the volume of goods and the country of destination). The Shipping Times may vary from 5 to 20 working days depending on the region, while in Europe they may vary from 1 to 3 weeks according to the country. The indicative date of delivery is the sum of the days from the Production Time, indicated on each product, and the days from the Shipping Time category.

A few small items or replacements, however, can be shipped using express mail, to speed up the service. Delivery with these vectors is made to street level, as the handling this type of goods is undemanding. If the customer requires delivery at home, a supplement to the price depending on the target area will be added and a request must be placed at our Customer Service before shipping.

All merchandise travels with packaging fit for transport and a further warranty covering ALL RISK insurance in case of breakage or loss during handling, covering the full amount of the merchandise.

All products are shipped with regular documentation for transport and sale, valid for the 24-month warranty on defects compliance. In order to allow us to provide you with full assistance and coverage for damages during transport, please read the Behaviour upon Delivery section.

The furniture installation is an additional service that must be specifically requested by the customer to our Customer Service before shipping. Most products are travelling pre-assembled. Please read the Assembly section for instructions on how to assemble.

ITALY

The shipping is free for Italian destination and is done by couriers specialized in furniture delivery, and adept in handling the packages ensuring their integrity and making the delivery at home, bringing the goods inside the house.
 

EUROPE

The transport of goods is done by couriers specialized in furniture delivery. Delivery is on street level unless otherwise requested (with an additional cost that depends on the volume of goods and the country of destination)Delivery times in Europe range from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the country. The indicative date of delivery is the sum of the days from the Production Time, indicated on each product, and the days from the Shipping Time category.
 

AMERICA AND CANADA

ArredoDesignOnline also delivers to America and Canada. The transport is done by specialized couriers in furniture delivery, skilled in handling the packages manually without the aid of mechanical means.

Delivery comes with DDP clause (Delivered Duty Paid). DDP is one of the contractual clauses used in international trade, those codified inside Incoterms and are valid for all types of transport: it's a transaction where the seller pays for the total costs associated with transporting goods and is fully responsible for the goods until they are received and transferred to the buyer. This includes paying for shipping costs, export and import duties, insurance and any other expenses incurred during shipping of the goods. DDP is a type of delivery agreement that puts all of the risks and charges with the seller of the goods until delivery is made in the buyer’s country at an agreed-upon location.

Delivery times in the USA via ship range from 4 to 7 weeks depending on the city of destination. The indicative date of delivery is the sum of the days from the Production Time indicated on each product, and the days from the Shipping Time.

There is also the opportunity to ask our customer support who at  0434/1750013 to send the goods via air with a significant reduction of delivery times ranging from 8 to 15 days but with a considerable increase in costs that will be discussed with our staff.

EXTRA FEES:

Some locations in Italy may require additional costs for shipping, as it means you will have to use a different method of delivery. Such places can be:

  • Smaller islands except Sicily and Sardinia
  • Lake areas accessible by ferry
  • Limited Traffic Areas or difficult to access by public transport
  • Limited access areas that does not allow the normal home delivery of bulky packages

When ordering, we will check if the destination is part of these locations in order to inform the customer of any premium fee for delivery.

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP

ArredoDesignOnline allows the collection of the goods from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 2.00 to 6.00 p.m. at the warehouse in Via per Sacile 160 a Francenigo (TV).

When filling out the order, selecting the withdrawal from stock, the customer will have one ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT only visible in the basket, which allows further savings. Once the goods have arrived at the warehouse, we will notify you via email and telephone that the order placed is ready for collection.

We recommend you carry out the pick-up with appropriate means and also to rely on couriers specialized in the transportation of furniture.

At the time of the pick-up, we provide documentation required to transport or in case of pick-up by a courier we will send a copy of the documents via email to the address indicated in the order. Once the goods have been collected, ArredoDesignOnline will no longer be responsible for damage or packages lost in transit.
